2.Power Bank Instructions: 

1 On/off: Press the on/off button, and the product will be ready to start working, with the LCD screen lighted accordingly. The state of battery, voltage and USB will also be shown on the LCD screen. If there are not any other devices connected with the USB ports, the product will be shut down automatically. 
2 Optional Voltage : After the power-on, varient voltages(5V 7.4V 9V 12V 14.5V 16V 19V) will be optional with short presses on the button. Remember to choose the right or the closest voltage accordingly.
3 Ouput:After choosing the voltage, connect your device with the right connector, and now it is ready to charge. The screen will get into the sleeping mode 10 seconds later, and the voltage optional function will be locked automatically. Please set aside the connector first if other voltage required.
4 Power-off: The product will be shut down if there are no other devices connected or long press the button.
5 Charging: Please charge your device with the original connector or choose the right one attached to this product. The LCD will show the left capacity (99% means full).
6 Be able to charge laptops, tablets, or mobiles simultaneously.
7 It may be closed automatically because of the overloaded outputting.
8 The LED screen will flash if it is about to run out of battery. 
9 Automobile ignition function: Transfer the voltage into 16V, and connect the alligator clip to the car battery and charge it for 5-10 minutes. Then pull the clip out and the car can be started. But, please pay attention to the positive and negative terminals of the battery when charging.
